Land Use Regulation/Entitlements

Lawson Laski Clark & Pogue is noted for its expertise in land use regulation and litigation, having represented clients before the cities of the Wood River Valley and Blaine County , as well as the municipalities throughout Idaho. Lawson Laski Clark & Pogue attorneys regularly represent applicants for conditional use permits for individual parcels, to subdivision platting and planned unit development applications, annexations, rezones, text amendments. Lawson Laski Clark & Pogue represents clients in all land use matters from initial entitlement applications and negotiations with planning and development service departments through public hearings on the applications, and when necessary, to the state and federal courts to enforce the clients’ rights under the Local Land Use Planning Act. Lawson Laski Clark & Pogue attorneys also assist clients with internal ownership filings with the State Real Estate Commission.

Homeowner Associations
