Michael D. Pogue

Mike focuses his practice on commercial law and litigation, including construction and real estate matters.

Mike also has a broad range of experience counseling companies on intellectual property and licensing issues, including the selection and enforcement of trademarks, advertising, copyrights, and domain name disputes in federal courts, the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, and before the World Intellectual Property Organization.

Prior to relocating to Idaho Mike practiced at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati in Palo Alto, California, where he specialized in commercial and intellectual property litigation and counseling.

Mike has interned for federal judges in the Northern District of California and the District of Colorado. Mike has a B.A. in English from U.C.L.A. and is currently a member of the Idaho State Bar Association and California State Bar Association.
