Kirstin K. DutcherKirstin is engaged in the general practice of law. Since joining Lawson Laski Clark & Pogue, Kirstin has used her trial experience and skills in family law, employment law, construction law, landlord-tenant law, creditor-debtor law, water law, and general business matters. She also advises non-profit corporations.
Kirstin has handled trial level litigation before state and federal courts, administrative agencies and state agencies including the Idaho Human Rights Commission, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and Idaho Industrial Commission. She is experienced in Alternative Dispute Resolution, and has negotiated and mediated several successful settlements.
Kirstin’s family law practice includes marriage contracts, divorce, child custody and support. Her employment law experience includes litigation and counsel on all types of employment matters including discharges, wage and hour matters, discrimination complaints, 1983 actions, record keeping issues, non-compete matters, personnel manuals and preparation of contracts, and other agreements.
