James R. LaskiJim focuses his practice on real estate development, business organizations, construction and water law, including representing clients before administrative and regulatory agencies in state and federal courts.
Jim regularly represents developers, landlords and tenants in negotiations and documentation of real estate and construction matters and represents developers before local land use agencies through the entitlement process and on judicial review. In addition, he also represents water users in perfecting their rights through the Snake River Basin Adjudication and before the Department of Water Resources and State Water Resource Board with respect to water issues including transfers and delivery conflicts.
Jim's practice also includes business development, including organization and advice to business entities, assistance with private offerings, acting as counsel to lending institutions and representing borrowers in loan workouts, and associated litigation.
