Erin F. Clark

Erin focuses her practice on all types of litigation. She has conducted numerous court and jury trials as well as arbitrations on a variety of issues, including construction defects, trade secret misuse, real estate issues, and general business disputes.

Both currently and while working for Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe in Menlo Park, California, Erin has represented numerous “high-tech” companies in trade secret, trademark, patent, employment, and general business disputes.

She also provides counseling to new and established companies on intellectual property, employment, and general legal issues.

Published Cases:

Turner v. Cold Springs Canyon LP, 143 Idaho 227, 141 p.3d 1096 (2006) (permanent easement over neighbor’s property confirmed by Court with a finding that the location could not moved by the servient landowner).

Thompson v. Ebbert, 144 Idaho 315, 160 P.3d 754 (2007) (Court invalidated 50 year lease of a garage space on grounds that the lease violated the condominium association’s master declaration, which provided that no part of the condominium could be separated from any other part during the period of ownership).
